I believe that this statement means that you can never blame anyone else other than your self. For example if you fail a test you cannot put the blame on the teacher, you can only blame it on yourself for not trying your best.

What I think this statement means is that if you hear  a rumor that is not true don't spread it or say it. And if your friends are encouraging you to do something wrong do not do it and advise a teacher,or principle.

Duties and Responsibilities: Oncology is a branch of medicine that deals with the study, treatment, diagnosis and prevention of cancer.

Salary:$173,558-$276,876

Education: To qualify for board certification as an oncologist, physicians must complete a residency program or fellowship in medical oncology. The residency programs train physicians in the management of patients with cancer. Programs include coursework in radiation and cancer biology, training in cancer research and scientific conferences in oncology. Oncology residents learn to diagnose and develop treatment plans for cancer patients. The residency program must be at least two years to qualify for certification in oncology.
